Ural-375D

Description

The Ural-375D is a truck succeeding the Ural-375 in 1964. It was used as a base for many civlian (Ural-375N) and military variants. It is one of the most popular trucks of the soviet and post-soviet world.

In 1982 the entire series was modernized, notably this model which became Ural-375DM.

The Ural-375D was exported as the Ural-375DE and from 1982 the Ural-375DME.

The BM-21 “Grad” rocket launcher was supposedly mounted on the Ural-375L2) chassis.

Technical Data

It now featured an all metallic cabin and an upgraded heater.


1964 Ural-375A

In 1964, production of the Ural-375A started as a KUNG chassis with vertical spare wheel support based on the Ural-375D. Became the Ural-375AM in 1982.

1964 Ural-375E

The same year, production of the Ural-375E started as a chassis for specialized equipments. Became the Ural-375EM in 1982.

1964 Ural-375U

The Ural-375U is a Ural-375D prepared for tropical environments. Became the Ural-375DMU in 1982.

1973 Ural-375N

In 1973, the UralAZ started production of a civilian Ural-375D, the Ural-375N. Became the Ural-375NM in 1982.
