It was used as a base for many civlian (**[[ural-375n|Ural-375N]]**) and military variants. It is one of the most popular trucks of the soviet and post-soviet world. In **1982** the entire series was modernized, notably this model which became **[[ural-375dm|Ural-375DM]]**. The __Ural-375D__ was exported as the **[[ural-375de|Ural-375DE]]** and from **1982** the **[[ural-375dme|Ural-375DME]]**.
