==== Description ====
The __KrAZ-257__ is a //road truck// designed by the KrAZ from **1960** to replace the **[[kraz-219|KrAZ-219]]**. It was produced from **1965** to **1977** and made into multiple variants until **1995**. It also served as a base for the **[[kraz-258|KrAZ-258]]** semi-trailer tractor and the **[[kraz-256b|KrAZ-256B]]** dump truck.
